My relationship with Sarasota goes back to 1974 when I grew up as a child on Longboat Key and attended Anna Maria Elementary. My family later moved to the beachfront on Siesta Key, and I graduated from Pine View School. Sarasota has been home through many stages of my life — as a child, professional, and parent.
Since founding my boutique brokerage in 2002, I’ve specialized in Sarasota’s luxury and new construction markets, helping clients navigate hundreds of millions in real estate transactions. I offer a unique perspective, having lived and worked across the region for decades, combined with a deep understanding of the complexities of building or purchasing new homes.
Real estate is part of my heritage — I am a third-generation professional whose grandfather and great-grandfather were key players in New York’s infrastructure development.
With an MBA from Duke University, I deliver financial acumen, expert negotiation, and a true advisory approach to one of life’s most important financial and lifestyle decisions.

Sarasota has been home to my family and me since 2002. It’s where we’ve raised our kids, built our business, and created a life we love. As Co-Founder of Investments in Sarasota, I take care of the behind-the-scenes work that makes the real estate experience seamless — leading our marketing, client experience, operations, and managing our video and social media campaigns.
More than anything, I believe that real estate is about people and relationships. I love getting to know our clients, understanding their stories, and helping them make informed decisions — whether that’s preparing and positioning their home for sale, reimagining a space through renovation, or sharing my experience in managing a vacation rental that feels like home to guests.
Before real estate, my background took me through both corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. I earned my MBA in Marketing from Duke University and my BA in Humanities from the University of Chicago. I’ve led teams in Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups and learned that no matter the industry, success comes down to being present, collaborative, and honest.
One of my most treasured experiences was living in Lucca, Italy, above a bakery where the smell of fresh focaccia and the sounds of opera floated through our windows. It was there that my husband and I co-wrote Your Guide to Florida Property Investment, driven by a desire to make the Florida buying process more transparent and accessible — something we strive for with every client engagement.
